Lucy once thought yoga was too slow and definitely not sweaty enough — now she’s a devoted morning yogi (often in pyjamas). From sceptic to silent-yoga convert and enthusiastic goat-yoga participant, she proves that yoga works best when you stop trying to do it “properly” and just show up.
